Fresh From the Pyrenees
Our pigs are raised in a chestnut forest in the mountains, fed organic cereals enriched with vitamins and minerals, local organic whey, and are allowed to wander freely all day.
In order to avoid wastage, we only slaughter a pig when all the meat has been ordered. When you place an order, we reserve it for you, and will contact you about availability and delivery information. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.
