Our pigs are raised in a chestnut forest in the mountains, fed organic cereals enriched with vitamins and minerals, local organic whey, and are allowed to wander freely all day.

In order to avoid wastage, we only slaughter a pig when all the meat has been ordered. When you place an order, we reserve it for you, and will contact you about availability and delivery information. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship.

Who We Are

After many years on the road, Carsten & Sigi settled in the Pyrenees 15 years ago, with the goal of living from what they produce.

Not adhering to the intensive industrial farming system and wanting to take advantage of their chestnut forest, they decided to raise their own pigs for their personal consumption.

Today, with rising interest in humane farming methods, they market their organic meat while remaining close to their ethical and moral values.
